Colin Wynd is the Vice President & Head of Common Services at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and has responsibility overseeing multiple teams including Engineering, Enterprise Data Management including AI, DevSecOps Tooling and Microservices. Common Services builds, supports and integrates platforms such as FedAI (ML/NLP Platform) and CSAP (Common Services Analytical Platform) that are used by teams across the bank. The group is responsible for changing the way the Federal Reserve System thinks about building and delivering applications." I'll suggest a topic later today Colin is also a frequent speaker at various industry events. Previously Colin was a partner in TRG, a boutique consulting firm in New Jersey, focused on delivering solutions to a variety of businesses based in the tri-state area. He started his career at Hewlett-Packard in the UK. Originally from Scotland, Colin holds a B.S in Computing Science from the University of Glasgow.

She manages the completion of organization and information technology projects. She notably worked on a study to assess the implementation of robotic process automation in the Americas. Her areas of interest include corporate innovation, process design and the intersection of humanity and technology. French-born, she holds a Master’s in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris. She started her banking career as a coverage analyst for corporate clients at BNP Paribas in Paris, and has since then worked in ten countries across the globe.

Shashvat is a Vice President at Barclays where he is the architect of the bank's Model Risk process workflow system. He has been with Barclays for 9 years, in roles across Front Office Technology, Treasury & Liquidity and Portfolio Management, splitting his time between Singapore and New York. In each of his roles Shashvat was instrumental in setting up governance & control approaches to streamline and automate BAU business processes. Prior to Barclays, Shashvat was with the Royal Bank of Scotland, setting up their Program and Algorithmic Trading Technology teams in India, and prior to that he was with Credit Suisse in Singapore, with APAC responsibilities for Equity Control functions around AML and Trade Surveillance processing. Shashvat has a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delhi, India. In his spare time he enjoys woodworking, photography, going for rides on his motorcycle and taking road trips with his family.

Vishal is currently working as the Assistant Vice President with the Bank of the West, BNP Paribas group in Model Risk Management Division. Vishal has around 5 plus years of experience working with quantitative risk modeling and model validation using advanced engineering, statistical and machine learning based models. Vishal’s PhD thesis included the development of a proprietary risk framework and the probability of failure models, which were back-tested using a large engineering database. In addition, statistical and machine learning methods (e.g., logistic regression and machine learning models) were deployed to predict the risk of failure (RoF) models, which are being used commercially. Vishal has more than 10 publications in areas such as risk management, quantitative modeling, machine learning and predictive analytics.

The bank is headquartered in New York City and does business in all 50 states. Sells serves as the CEO/owner of Sells Group, a marketing and technology agency based in Indianapolis that helps clients with digital customer acquisition. Sells also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Townsend Leadership Group, a nationwide coaching and consulting company working with high capacity leaders and organizations. He co-founded Cognito Road, a leader in the predictive data industry. In 2018, Patrick and Steven Schnall launched Nicabis Mining, a crytomining company, which mines Ethereum with customized rigs designed and assembled from global sources. Nicabis also provides consulting services to other enterprises interested in cryptomining. He currently resides in New York City and graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Political Science.

I hold a PhD degree in AI with a thesis in Natural Language Processing. In 2001 I was an Ass.Profesor in Computer Science at University of Economics- Varna. I have verious publication in Computer Science and AI. I was a Guest Speaker at 2018 Intelligent Automation in Financial Industry conference in London, UK.

Prior to that, he led technology strategy development at Interactive Data Corporation which provided financial market data, analytics and related solutions to financial institutions, active traders and individual investors. Aleksandr is a published author and has co-written multiple articles on automated software correctness enhancement and automated data discovery and cross-validation in hierarchical data structures. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Strayer University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Saint Peter’s University and a PhD(c) in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
