Jeroen van Genuchten is Global Product Owner Robotics within the for Global Center of Excellence for Robotic Process Automation at ING. Jeroen studied Artificial Intelligence at the University of Amsterdam. After working at the Department of Defence for the secret intelligence service, he joined ING 22 years ago. Starting at IT, he then worked as Wholesale banking product manager, Domestic Bank project manager and Customer Journey Expert. He started working on RPA back in 2010, using software robots for the migration of more than a million customers and their products for the merger of Postbank and ING Bank. Now he is responsible for the Global robotics programme for Market leaders, Wholesale, Challenge&Growth and Supporting functions

Angel joined Santander UK in 2017 as Head of the Data Science, focusing on implementing Machine Learning solutions to increase the value we offer to our customers, reduce costs and increase efficiencies. Prior to that, Angel worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers since 2004, both in Spain and UK, where he led one of the advanced analytics teams in the financial services sector, implementing machine learning solutions for UK, European clients and regulators. Angel holds a BS in Physics (University of Madrid - UAM), MBA (UAH).

Angela started her career at IBM in Australia working as a developer, tester, designer and then business analyst and project manager. Angela has an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics / Robotics) and Computer Science from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
